What kind of companies do you work with?
I work with growth-stage and enterprise companies across industries — hospitality, retail, healthcare, tech, travel, and finance. The common thread: leaders who know their current approach isn’t working and are ready for change (and real growth).
What problems do you actually solve?
Not the fake ones. I don’t chase vanity metrics or “best practices.” I help with:
Clarifying brand strategy and positioning.
Designing experiences that create loyalty, not churn.
Using innovation and AI to solve real problems, not just buzzword bingo.
Leading through messy transformation when teams are tired and nothing feels clear.
Are you a consultant, a strategist, or an advisor?
All of the above but without the fluff. I’m a hands-on partner. Sometimes that means strategy and frameworks. Sometimes it’s building messaging, marketing campaigns, or an event experience. Sometimes it’s working directly with the CEO or leadership team to align and make hard decisions.
What makes you different from other consultants or agencies?
I’ve sat in the CEO seat. I’ve lost sleep over payroll. I’ve scaled, exited, and built again. I don’t give advice from case studies. I tell you what I’ve learned by actually living it.
How do you work with clients?
Flexible, but always embedded. I typically work in three ways:
Fractional Executive (CMXO) - leading brand, marketing, and transformation for a set period of time.
Advisory + Strategy Partner - helping clarify the problem, define the path, and stay accountable along the way.
Project-Based - brand launches, experience design, executive workshops, innovation sprints
