I’m what happens when a theater kid gets really tired of corporate theater.
I moved to New York to direct plays. Instead, I spent nearly a decade at big ad agencies watching creative people make beautiful work no one remembered or cared about. The breaking point? Realizing that no matter how strategic the work was, the system didn’t care:
Storytelling was just a line item.
“Transparency” only lived on some forgotten slide.
And every big idea bowed to the holding company’s bottom line.
So I did what any reasonable person would do: quit my cushy day job and started a experiential + storytelling agency with someone I’d known for less than 30 days. Over the next 12 years, I built FACULTY into an 8-figure business, partnered with Fortune 500 and challenger brands, and created experiences and campaigns that people actually wanted to engage with.
I exited FACULTY in 2023 and swore I’d never be a founder or CEO again. But a year later, I found myself in the CEO seat of an AI hospitality startup. I secured investment, brought a product to market, and proved how innovation can fuel growth when it’s tied to real human needs.
Now I help mid-sized companies and Fortune 500 leadership, marketing, and innovation teams transform how they connect with the world through the stories they tell, the technology they deploy, and the experiences they create.
